Exchanges & Refunds
These are our store’s returns and exchanges policy for all purchases. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
- Goods ordered and/or sold are not-exchangeable, non-refundable unless approved by TRAX Furniture Sdn Bhd.
- ALL sale and clearance items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Warranty is not applicable.
- Exchanges are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.
RETURNS
- Our returns policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Onus is on customer to inspect goods delivered.
- Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings.
- All returned items must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact, whichever applicable.
- Returns are not applicable to custom or special order furniture.
