Delivery
Customer must take delivery of goods within fourteen (14) days notice from TRAX Furniture. In the even of failure to receive goods, TRAX reserves the right to dispose of the goods without prior notice. Any payment made will be deemed as compensation to TRAX for liquidated damages due to failure to take delivery of goods. Thereafter neither party has any further obligation to discharge to each other.
All deliveries shall be arranged at the earliest available delivery date/time.
First Delivery
Standard Delivery
FOC subject to minimum purchase of RM 3,000 based on 1 driver and 1 assistant.
Non Standard Delivery
Where item(s) has to be carried more than 3 floors via stairs, additional labour charges will be applied.
Subsequent Delivery(ies)
Customer’s failure to receive goods for the first delivery will be charged at prevailing rates.
Labour charges
Chargeable at prevailing rates.
Changes of Delivery Date by Customer
Customer must notify TRAX Furniture minimum two (2) working days in advance in the event of any desire to change delivery date/time.
Inspection of Goods
Onus is on customer to inspect goods delivered. Any claim(s) of short delivery and/or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven (7) days from delivery date.
Receiving of Goods by Third Party
All instructions for delivery to a third part must be in writing. TRAX Furniture will deem such deliveries as if it had delivered to customer. Acknowledgement of such delivery by the third party will fully discharge TRAX Furniture’s obligation.
